Burt Process Equipment’s PHX Neutralization Systems are engineered, integrated and completely prepackaged units with automatic controls and instrumentation designed for ease of installation and maximum reliability. The compact design offers a minimum size footprint and minimum installation expense. Due to its integrated design, only influent, effluent, and vent piping along with electrical line power connections are required in the field. All components are thoroughly tested prior to shipment to ensure reliability and ease of start-up.

The PHX module is designed for use as a continuous flow pH neutralization (adjustment) systems for flow rates up to 50 GPM and a pH of 1-14 or can be used as a batch treatment system when run manually or with optional batch controls.

The Assured Compliance System (ACS) treats continuous flow streams employing “hybrid batch technology” developed by Burt Process Equipment, the leader in pH neutralization systems for over thirty years. The new ACS series neutralization systems accept wastewater on a continuous basis at a flow rate of up to 300 GPM and a pH of 1 – 14.

Unlike typical continuous flow systems, the ACS provides assurance of a properly treated waste stream using freeboard, and flow diversion should an out-of range pH condition occur.

The Lab MASTER series of products were specifically designed for difficult to adjust low ion waste streams typically found in laboratories using high purity water and chemicals. This family of products utilizes pretreatment feed systems to enable fast and accurate pH adjustment with minimal chemical usage. If your process uses De-ionized water consider a Lab MASTER, BPLM model.
