ACS - ACS-2000D pH Neutralization Module

Details: The system is an ACS-2000D module configured for fully automatic batch pH adjustment of laboratory waste from a University. The module includes a double contained treatment tank configured into two treatment stages for dual stage operation when in flow-through mode. Effluent flow rate and pH is monitored and recorded to meet local regulations. The system is designed to process up to 62 gpm based upon the customer’s wastewater profile.

b. Dual contained treatment tank
c. Flow-through control with batch treatment during potential excursions
d. PLC control with HMI interface
e. Effluent pH and flow monitoring for regulatory compliance
f. On-site start-up and training by Burt Process Equipment

ACS - ACS-2000D-HX pH Neutralization Module

Details: The system is an ACS-2000D-HX module configured for fully automatic batch pH adjustment and temperature control of waste from a pharmaceutical facility. The module includes a treatment tank configured into two treatment stages for dual stage operation when in flow-through mode. A secondary skid provides complete temperature control of the waste water to lower the discharge temperature to within permit requirements. The system is designed to process up to 60 gpm based upon the customer’s wastewater profile.

b. Flow-through control with batch treatment during potential excursions
c. Secondary heat exchange skid
d. Stainless steel welded piping
e. PLC control with HMI interface
f. Effluent pH and flow monitoring for regulatory compliance
g. On-site start-up and training by Burt Process Equipment

ACS - ACS-3500 pH Neutralization Modules-Field Assembled

Details: (2) Two systems were installed and fabricated on-site due to existing building access constraints. Every component, including the tank sections was accessible at install through a standard 36” doorway. Each system was designed to treat up to 120 gpm of laboratory and hospital waste form a government facility. Each module was completely assembled and tested on site before being brought on line. Prior to installation a bypass line was installed around the existing system which was not working. This allowed for minimal downtime when the new system was brought online. Effluent flow rate and pH is monitored and recorded to meet local regulations.

b. Field assembled and welded treatment tanks
c. Flow-through control with batch treatment during potential excursions
d. PLC control with HMI interface
e. Effluent pH and flow monitoring for regulatory compliance
f. Inlet duplex filtration system
